What are the modes of payment available?

For Singapore: Bank Transfer, PayLah! or PayNow. For international: Paypal only.

What is the shipping fee and method for my order?

Default shipping is always registered mail (with tracking number). Shipping fee will be computed upon check out.

You can go to the "Contact" section above or drop me an email at thetinyblot@gmail.com. Please give me at least 24 hours to respond to your concern.

How long does the shipping take?

I prepare and ship your orders every Saturday morning SGT (Singapore Timezone). For Singapore orders, it usually takes 3-5 working days (this is according to Singpost). For international orders, it will be highly dependent on your country's postal office. By experience it takes 2-4 weeks at best. In any case, a tracking number will be provided to you so you can monitor the journey of your orders. Please note that I am not in any way in control of the service given by the post offices or the carrier. The best I can do is find the most reputable and cost effective carrier and hope that they will deliver the best service they can. Singpost has a good track record for bothe local and international carrier services.

My parcel could be missing, what should I do?

You will need to take your tracking number and call your post office or the carrier. As I will not have any visibility nor the capabilities to try and sort this out for you. You see, the moment that I drop the parcel at the post office or the carrier the parcel is already beyond the scope of my responsibility. I do hope you understand where I am coming from with this. I can only provide you the delivery receipt (for international orders only as I use SmartPac for Singapore orders). To request for the delivery receipt, email me at thetinyblot@gmail.com with a subject line "Request for DELIVERY RECEIPT for Order # [put your order number here]". I will attend to the request within 48 hours of recieving your email.
